Refund policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS:

With regards to handmade crocheted items, they are custom made. I do not issue refunds, but I will do exchanges only in the case that the item arrives defective or damaged. If that happens to be the case I apologize in advance, and will rectify the situation immediately. The item will have to be returned and I will reimburse you only for the shipping.

In the event that you do wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 12 hours of your purchase.

Items are custom made and sizing information is specified in the information section of the listing. If you do not see your size on there or have any special requests please make sure to add that in the note to seller at checkout and I will try to accommodate those for you. If I am unable I will message you back immediately, and issue you a refund if needed.

Everything else, excluding custom crochet items*:
I will issue full refunds if notified within 12 hours of you submitting your order. If you purchased the incorrect item I will give you 12 hours to notify me of any changes, after that the purchase will go through as is. Once you’ve received your items, if it is defective I do apologize in advance and will rectify the situation immediately. I will allow a period of 1 week once you receive your items to notify me and send back the item to issue an exchange or refund.
