Shipping policy

While packages usually arrive sooner than later, I allow the post office up to 14 days for Domestic delivery, and 3-4 weeks for International delivery before issuing a refund for non delivery or re-sending an item. Thank you for being understanding! Sometimes postal service is unreliable, but on my end I will do all that is necessary to have your purchases out to you on time!
Keep in mind that shipping around holidays can be very unpredictable and Priority Upgrades are available and recommended to ensure faster delivery times!

Orders will be shipped in accordance to the individual processing time for each product. For all products *excluding custom crochet items*, allow a processing time of between 3-5 days if not sooner.

Items are primarily shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.

**** Puerto Rico is not considered U.S. Shipping eligible. It doesn’t fall under Domestic shipping it is considered International****
